Grilled Daily Sandwich

Grilled Daily Sandwich - A quick healthy daily vegetable sandwich. Brown bread with vegetables and paneer slices, seasoned with green mint and coriander chutney and then grilled will definitely satisfy your hunger without taking extra calories.

Ingredients for Grilled Daily Sandwich - Grill Pan

  • Brown bread slices 8
  • Paneer (cottage cheese) 4 slices
  • Onion cut into round slices 1 medium
  • Cucumber cut into round slices1 medium
  • Tomatoes cut into round slices2 medium
  • Green capsicum cut into thin strips1 medium
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
  • Cheese slices optional4
  • Coriander and mint chutney 4 tablespoons
  • Tomato ketchup 4 teaspoons

Method:
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Toss in the mustard seeds followed by the grams and fry till the seeds splutter.
  • �Add the green chillies, cashew nut bits and curry leaves. Stir-fry on medium heat.
  • Add the cashew pieces. Then add the ginger and onions and fry till golden brown.
  • �Add the tomatoes and green chillies and then the turmeric and salt.
  • �Once the tomatoes are cooked, tear the bread pieces up and add them.
  • Let the bread get coated but not soggy and then take it off the heat.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
