Ingredients for Eggless Banana Cake:
  • 2- Banana Mashed
  • 1/2 tin (200 gm)-NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup (75 ml)-Dahi (Curd)
  • 50g-Butter Softened
  • 2 cups (200g)-Maida (Flour)
  • 1 tsp-Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp-Soda Bicarbonate
  • 1 tsp-Vanilla Essence


How to make Eggless Banana Cake:

Step 1
To make this easy banana cake recipe, first pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, take a baking pan and grease it with butter. Dust it with some flour evenly. Now take a large bowl and add the yoghurt and butter and mix well till they acquire creamy consistency.

Step 2
Meanwhile mash the ripe bananas and keep aside. The bananas should not be lumpy. Now sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda. Gradually fold in the yoghurt mixture to ensure no lumps remain. Add the bananas and beat till the mixture becomes bubbly. At this point, add the condensed milk and mix.

Step 3
Pour this mixture into the dusted baking dish and bake in the pre-heated oven for 30- 45 minutes at 180 to 200 degrees Celsius. Insert a toothpick and check. If it comes out clean, it means the cake is fully baked. Slice it and serve with tea and coffee.
