Breakfast Burger Recipe

Breakfast Burger Recipe:


  • Preparation Time: 10 Minutes
  • Cooking Time: 15 Minutes
  • Recipe Type: Non Veg.
  • Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 455 g Pork Sausage
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 4 English Muffins (toasted)
  • ¼ cup Cheddar Cheese (crumbled)

How to make Breakfast Burger:

  • Split the muffins into two.
  • Make patties from the sausage meat.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties on high flame until they turn brown.
  • Put more oil in the pan and fry the eggs as per your choice. Flavor with salt and pepper.
  • Lay the patties on the base of each muffin, add some egg and top up with 1 tbsp of cheese.
  • Cover the mixture with the other half of the muffin.
